Dear Paolo,
What does “overload” mean?

Dear Bill,
Overloading means to put to put a lot of strain on your muscles to help them adapt. A great method is called the “car press”. This entails getting under the car and pressing it up the same way as a jack. It forces your muscle to adapt or you get crushed to death.

Dear Idiot,
I disagree with your interpretation of BMI. I weigh 190lbs and have very low body fat.

Dear Gavin,
Your refusal to agree with me does not alter the fact that BMI stands for Big Mouthy Inbred. I was in no way trying to offend you as I had no way of knowing that you were from Mississippi and the white robe that you had on was not a Halloween costume.

Dear Paolo,
Can increasing my physical activity alone help me lose weight?

Dear Laura,
Absolutely you can lose weight by more activity so I suggest stealing eggs from a nesting Ostrich. They can run up to 50 mph over a great distance and you just happen to have a protein rich post workout meal.
