I have bad knees. What kind of activity is OK for me?
If you have bad knees, I suggest taking them to see a specialist. If that doesn’t work, you can always put them in time out or give them other forms of discipline for being bad.
I’ve heard that electric stimulation works as far as exercise. Have you heard of this?
Executioners in Texas discovered that when they threw the switch on the electric chair, prisoners would contort violently. This forced all of the muscle contractions at once which would give an excellent workout. I suggest something a little less lethal. Try hooking up a car battery to your leg while working out in the rain. Let me know how it goes.
I’ve heard that it doesn’t matter how fat you are as long as you’re fit — is this true?
I agree. As long as you can find some clothes that fit you, you’re fine. May I suggest tablecloths or bedsheets. It can give you a vintage Roman or Greek look.
