I eat healthy. I take herbal supplements, drink organic shakes and drink slurpees. Do I need to do other exercises in addition to my usual walking routine?
Well it seems like you have all of the food groups covered, but you do need a little bit more than just your walking routine. I would recommend getting two of the big slurpees while walking. You can hold on to them and get a fantastic arm workout in the process.

Judging from your excessive use of the caps button, you must be in a lot of pain, or Italian. There are support groups for guys who are constantly pulling their groins. That or you need to get a girlfriend.
I drop pounds but always end up back at my starting weight. Why?
I would recommend getting straps to help you hold on to the dumbbells while exercising. That way, you don’t have to worry about dropping the weights.
