I’m 81 years old. Should I be exercising, and will it make a difference at my age?
Exercising at any age will make a difference. When I was a fetus, I used to do jump rope with the umbilical cord for a great cardio workout. It is especially important as we get older. If you feel like you need motivation, drink a whole carton of prune juice. That will get you moving.
I be exercising lots. Why I ain’t seeing improvements?
Sometimes we reach sticking points in our workouts were we do not see any gains. This is completely normal. Judging from your poor vocabulary, I would say that you are very easily influenced and would do well in a group environment. I hear state prisons have wonderful facilities.
