The dehydration thing is overblown. Mummies from Ancient Egypt are some of the most well preserved specimens on the planet. The one thing that they have in common? They are dehydrated! So if you want to look great 2,000 years from now, I would suggest cutting water out of your diet.
What are some warning signs I should look out for while exercising?
There are lots of warning signs to look out for when exercising. The first one, of course, is the wet floor sign that you see in every gym. It’s best to avoid those. The other one that you want to look for is the out of order sign. There’s nothing I hate more than getting on my favorite piece of cardio equipment just to realize that it’s not working
How can I stop slouching?
Slouching can lead to many long term problems like poor posture and an inability to stand up straight. If you follow the “Iron bar” method, you will be standing like a military man in no time. Here’s what you do. Go the junkyard and find an iron bar, then strap it to your back. You will have no choice but to stand as stiff and inflexible as a Tea partier in their views. Hope it helps!
