Dear Paolo,
Why should I have my body fat measured? What’s the best method?

Dear Annabelle,
Excessive body fat is an indicator of poor health. May I suggest a brisk swim in the Ocean? If you find a group of sailors chasing you with harpoons, your body fat may be too high.

Dear Paolo,
Are height-weight charts a good way for me to determine if I’m overweight?

Dear Dan,
Height-weight charts are a great tool to determine if you’re overweight. It is, however, a very scientific process. You first measure your height in centimeters, then you measure your waist in the same unit. If the the total centimeters of your waist is more than the centimeters of your height, there is a very good chance that you are overweight. Or an orange.

Dear Paolo
What is carb cycling?

Dear Sherry,
Carb cycling has been around for a long time but is regaining popularity. Carb cycling is when cyclists from the Tour De France attach potatoes, breads, and fruits, to their bikes when they race. It has been known to increase endurance by 50%.
